About Chennai:

- •The maximum age limit is around 70 years, depending on physical fitness.

- •You are not allowed to do the activity if you suffer from BP, Migraine, Bone, or joint issues.
- •Pregnant women are also not allowed.
- •Avoid overeating. Alcohol consumption is also not recommended.
